SøckMyBallz is designed for use in traditional vacuum cleaners. They are less suitable for stick or robot vacuum cleaners.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
- Delivery time: Orders placed before 10pm will be delivered the next day.
- Shipping costs: For orders under €20 we charge €4.95 shipping costs. For orders over €20 shipping is free.
- Confirmation and tracking: After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number to track your package.
- Return Policy: Unused products in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products in opened packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns procedure: Returns can be requested via our contact form. After approval, you will receive instructions for the return.
- Refund: Upon receipt of the unused product in a sealed package, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
- Damaged or defective products: Please contact us via the contact form if your product arrived damaged or defective. In this case, we will cover the return costs.

In 3 simple steps your house will always smell wonderfully fresh after vacuuming.

Take three to five scent balls from the package – the more balls, the stronger the scent experience!
Step 2: Suck up the Ballz
Suck up the scent balls directly with your vacuum cleaner. They end up directly in the vacuum cleaner bag or collection bin, exactly in the right place to give off a wonderful scent.
Step 3: Enjoy!
Within seconds the room will be subtly filled with your favorite SøckMyBallz scent.
