Shipping Policy
- Delivery time: Orders placed before 10pm will be delivered the next day.
- Shipping costs: For orders under €20 we charge €4.95 shipping costs. For orders over €20 shipping is free.
- Confirmation and tracking: After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number to track your package.
- Return Policy: Unused products in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products in opened packaging are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns procedure: Returns can be requested via our contact form. After approval, you will receive instructions for the return.
- Refund: Upon receipt of the unused product in a sealed package, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
- Damaged or defective products: Please contact us via the contact form if your product arrived damaged or defective. In this case, we will cover the return costs.
